If you never had one of these a Puerto Rico treat called Limber de coco in translation coconut frozen icee. (Limbers (icees) are also made in many different natural flavors) (Press the follow button for upcoming recipes)  It’s all natural ingredients and simply refreshing and the best part is that it’s super easy to make especially for those hot summer nights or for those sweet tooth because moments with this you don’t have to feel guilty after indulging. How amazing is that! So let’s get to it.

INGREDIENTS-

1 (8 1/2 ounce) can cream of coconut.

1 cup condensed milk

1 (13 1/2 ounce) can coconut milk.

⁄ cup water

⁄ teaspoon pure vanilla extract.

2 tablespoons of cinnamon powder

PREPARATION-

In a blender you will pour all your ingredients and mix, pour into popsicle cups or disposable clear drinking cups and cover let freeze for 2 hours or overnight for best results and enjoy.

HINT- When semi frozen you can place a popsicle stick in the center for a handle source and presentation. (But not necessary)
