When Periods Start. Most girls start to menstruate between ages 10 and 15 years. The average age is 12, but every girl’s body has it’s own schedule. Although there’s no one right age for a girl to get her period, there are some clues that menstruation will start soon. And as all women know once it starts all the pains stomach cramps, back pains come along with it. So what’s the one thing that some women tend to not do when on thier periods ? Most women cry until they fall asleep, some women lay in bed with a hot water bag over thier tummy, some eat chocolate to ease the pain or take aspirin some walk, and that’s a good thing most women don’t know or realize that walking and keeping active is the one way to maintain the horrible period pains away.
Even en thought it is a difficult task to do and get accustomed to at first since most women are used to taking care the pains in a different manner but once they train their minds and body to keep as active as possible along side with warm baths or showers to help they will learn to feel that they don’t have to dread that time of each month. Here are some activities that can help ease those period pains and or keep them away.
