Going down memory lane a bit it took me to my very early years of my own modeling days , walking down Fulton ave located in Brooklyn New York with my mother, we were both stopped by a lady who began to ask me questions if I was a model ? If I wasn’t did I want to be one ? As she commented on my physical appearance, style and overall look. My mother not knowing very much english I had to translate to her, as we went on the lady gave me her business card. My mother and I went about our day and went home afterwards once getting home and already giving it much thought to what the lady had told me about becoming a model, I wanted to try it ! I had to beg my mother to just take me and give me permission since I was a minor yet. After the third or fourth day my mother caved as she noticed I wasn’t going to leave the topic alone, and off we went to Manhattan Another borough in New York City , We went into one of these big sky rises we went on the 23rd floor of the Elite Management Model Inc.  There we met with the lady in her office , we discussed what my mother didn’t want me doing which was No pornographic, No nudity , and she wanted to know everything as any parent would.  It was agreed upon and the photo shoots began how I loved and enjoyed taking pictures. In the process of it all I had to maintain my own weight and figure which was somewhat difficult considering I was a growing preteen but nevertheless I wanted to follow through with my contract and so I started eating less fatty foods such as pizza , cheeseburgers, candy etc: and went on a model mission as I called it, even though I was physically fit and active I took up extra activities in school such as track and field mainly to maintain toned muscles and to keep burning any fat that was forming. I didn’t chance my eating habits as much but they did slow Down I had to make a dietary plan , because at times for some shoots I heavy considering I was literally 105 lbs even that at times was a bit over not in weight but in size having a inch of fatty tissue wasn’t what they wanted which was understood. So having to lose 5 lbs was difficult at times being of young age so I worked real hard with my manager to come up with a way that would help me lose some unwanted fat which was time crunching at moments depending when they’d have a specific photographer shooting. 

And believe it or not the system we had was a fairly good one it worked for me since my metabolism was high it was simple training on How to become slim in 3 to 10 days.

So as you see not All models starve themselves there were times when I was able to pig out and eat a greasy cheeseburger without worrying about my weight or figure , these steps can be done almost by anyone and the best part is that with the transformation alone even you’ll love and enjoy to take pictures of yourself.
